My husband has heel spurs that bother him from time to time. He bought these gel inserts the other day but they wouldn't stay in place. I was sitting here watching tv when this infomercial came on. Ok, my day wasn't too bad today. My pain level was at about a 5 or 6. One good thing to do if you are having spasms or just intense pain getting into a bath tub with the water as hot as you can take it will usually help. The heat will help to relax your bladder and the muscles.
I am open to questions so feel free to ask me anything. Living with IC isn't easy so I think it helps to know that others can empathize with you. It is normal to have some depression while dealing with IC and talking to others will help. I have re-occuring depression. I have dealt with it for 2o years. I will have to say that because I am a Christian I have a lot of faith. That faith keeps me going. I really hope that this does not cause anyone to stop reading my blog. I will talk about prayer and how God will always have a place in my blog. I appreciate kind comments but of course I don't welcome negative comments. If you find that this blog is not for you then simply move on. Yes, I know I am blunt but I am known for that. LOL!! I am not going to preach to anyone but I will always welcome request for prayers and welcome you to tell a story of how God has worked in your life.
